Turnkey contract includes the following:
- Local building permits, impact fees, and site inspections.
- Surveying
- Job site excavation (land clearing, road installation, soil erosion)
- Foundation (crawl space or basement), termite treatment
- Exterior decks, porches, and steps installation
- HVAC equipment and duct installation
- Well installation
- Septic installation
- On-site electrical, telephone, alarm devices and connections
- On-site plumbing connections under home, connecting waste and water
- Job site necessities (port-a-john, dumpster, etc)
- Complete home and approval inspections
- Use and Occupancy Permit
