Site evaluation
Site Evaluation- American Dreams Inc will go to your lot and Conduct a Feasibility study, research and obtain information pertaining to zoning septic specification, Meet subcontractors to discuss and determine site cost and course of action
Estimation
Review preliminary home design and sketches, , Design your kitchen and bathroom, Pick out selections of Flooring, siding materials, Roofing materials, Porches and deck material plumbing and Electrical fixtures Hvac System Etc. Obtain Estimations for home build cost
Final and review and sign the contract
Finalize home and site selection Review and sign off on home plans. Sign and contract and specification sheet
Loan and permits
Take the contract to a bank of your choosing or one we can recommend. Obtain a site plan and file forms and plans to obtain permits handle all review forms and submissions and corrections. Obtain the permit and finalize construction loan.
Construction
We will walk you through various point through construction of the home. Including a Site Framing, mechanical and cosmetic walk through We will answer any questions and update you on timelines of goals and accomplishments of your new home build
Home completion
Use and Occupancy Obtained, Walk through conducted with punch list items identified and completed. Final walk through conducted with Warranty signed off and issued. Keys are handed over, welcome Home!
After Home Completion
We provide a third party warranty that included a one year workmanship, Two year systems and Ten year structural warranty. Additionally we will conduct a 6 months and one year walk through to ensure you are just as happy year from now as you are the very first time you’re walked through the door of your new American Dream home
